"Fantastic time"]]>
I just wanted to drop a little note to tell you about my recent stay at Mystic Dunes in Orlando. My two children and I spent a week in a two bedroom unit. We had a fantastic time.
The unit was clean and relaxing. Everything inside was perfect with every detail covered.
The staff was amazing and should be commended. On our first night, we arrived very late after a full day of traveling, having already hit many bumps in the road. The front desk staff was so helpful in making sure that we had no questions and were able to find our unit quickly and easily.
Throughout the week, we spent a lot of time by the pools and attended a number of the activities put on by the Activity Center staff. The staff there was so much fun. The only issue that arose through the entire week was a severe thunderstorm with lightning and heavy rain that left us "trapped" at a pool near the Activity Center. Even that wasn't a problem. The Activity Staff set us up in the Center with a movie on their big screen and we were able to wait it out until we could return to the unit safely.

"Fabulous stay"]]>
I wanted to tell you about our fabulous stay at the Mystic Dunes Resort for our honeymoon last weekend. We had such a great time and this was our second stay at a Diamond Resorts location in Orlando this year. The previous stay was at the Grand Villas Resort. Your resort is flawless, with so many amenities and most importantly it is clean!
We watched you a few seasons back on Undercover Boss (our favourite show) so when I saw your card at the check in desk, I had to send you an email. We look forward to traveling again and staying in another property of yours.

"Nice to be treated like family"]]>

My family and I stayed at Mystic Dunes last month for a whole week. We only get to take one trip a year if that, so this week was a big deal to us. Two years ago we got to come down and spend 4 days at the resort and it was the best time that we have ever had on a vacation!
This year my wife and I were so excited to bring both of our kids (2&6), to go to the parks and just spend family time. From the first hour we arrived there it was nothing but welcoming with open arms, I must say it is so nice to be treated like family so far away from home; that is something that you are just great at doing! I'm so happy that you were able to be there the week we came down-the gratitude and kindness that you showed my family and I is unmeasured.
I hope that the company you work for knows what kind of asset they have in you, because in today's world there are too many times that sweet, caring and generous people like yourself get overlooked. In today's world it takes caring people like yourself to make a difference.... that's why we believe no matter what you want to do in life you will have a purpose there. Great people like you are irreplaceable!
