I just want to thank you for resolving my issues during my stay at Palm Canyon Resort. Your team responded well in a timely and professional manner and we greatly appreciate their efforts.

"Went above my expectations"]]>
As I stood in line on Friday for a 1week stay I watched her handle some very difficult situations with real poise and an ability to handle difficult people. Her demeanor with the guests and myself was exemplary of how I would want to be treated.
In my case she went above by expectations and helped my family find a proper room for my youngest sons health needs as he is on a feeding tube.
I am sure you realize how the front desk is handled so professionally.
