Although I am fighting liver and bone cancer, these seven wonderful days at this luxurious resort have been such a blessing. We look forward each day to drive among the red monuments carved by our Creator. Our Presentation facilitators, Reuben and Cynthia also were wonderful. Reuben even restored to us the long expired bonus weeks by talking to his managers. Now Diamond corporate will send us vouchers for these two weeks directly. How nice is that? They are called Diamond Resorts, but they have hearts of gold. Thank you.

Luis does an expert job of maintaining them and seeing that everything is in working order. The pools, spas, and fountains are extremely clean and crystal clear, and the furniture is neatly arranged. It is a pleasure to come for a swim and see Luis constantly “taking care of business.”
He is quite friendly to all the visitors and wants to help them if they need anything. Luis seems to be a very dedicated, reliable employee.
