Jerry, one of your front desk clerks, is my hero!
I purchased my stay with you through Interval International, the membership of which comes with my Marriott time share in Hawaii. It was my first booking through II. When I found out my daughter would join us, I tried to upgrade, but there was no availability through II. (I later found out I had booked a “Getaway.”)
Several hours after check-in, Jerry, knowing that I was unsatisfied with the room (Bldg 21, Rm 158P), informed me of the cancelation of a 1 bedroom (Bldg 27, 272M) and asked me if I wanted to upgrade. Lupita, the night manager at the time, approved the upgrade. We moved early the next morning as it was already close to or after 10:00 PM. We were quite impressed with the room, even after coming from a 1 Bedroom at the Marriott Canyon Villas at Dessert Ridge in Phoenix.
It made all the difference in our stay. And, I can say without a doubt that it led to our acceptance of a Diamond presentation which further led to our purchasing into the Diamond system. Had I stayed in 158P, I would have been unimpressed with Diamond and never accepted an invitation for a presentation.
Jerry might be your hero too. He embodied your corporate philosophy and fixed my problem (“Have a problem or concern? Allow us to help!”)
I am now a Diamond (and a Marriott) time share owner, and I am glad that Jerry and Lupita were on duty the night we checked in.
Thank you for hiring such a capable staff and infusing your corporate philosophy into your employees in such a way that it is manifested as action rather than just words on paper.

When I booked my vacation to Sedona Summit I asked about this new program. At the time, the Summit was not yet up and running with this new service and due to the outstanding efforts of Gabriella, I was not disappointed. Gabriella instructed me to e-mail her with the items I want and she personally went shopping for me! I am so thankful for your programs and the wonderful staff.
