"Attentive service was such a blessing"]]>

During my stay at the Mirage, I lost a DVD. I called and got Bill who proceeded to do everything he could think of to try to find it for me. He called housekeeping, no luck. Then he went to the room and checked the DVD player and called the people who stayed there right after me and asked them if they had seen it. He was not successful in finding it, but his efforts including several status calls to me in Florida were far above any other customer service I have ever experienced. This didn't surprise me though because while I was there, his behavior toward me, the grounds at the pool and his treatment of any and all requests were extremely noticeable. He is a joy and such an asset to your company.

If I were going to buy more points, and I am not for personal reasons, I would do so just because of Bill. Other staff was very helpful and concerned but Bill stood out like a shining beacon. My stay this time was fraught with stress and health issues, but his gentle way, smiling face and quick, attentive service was such a blessing.

Give that man a raise!!

"Staff was welcoming and very accommodating"]]>

Later that evening, there was a dive in theatre and we enjoyed watching Rise of the Guardians. During the movie, we were pleasantly surprised when your activity staff brought Otter Pops for everyone there. Special recognition needs to go to Sky and Jennifer, they are assets to your organization. As a result of our experience here, we look forward to enjoying the rest of our stay as well as recommending Scottsdale Villa Mirage to our family and friends.
