To release your ownership week to Diamond Resorts Management, Inc. ("DRM") for rental purposes:

Complete, sign and date the Rental Release Form and Form W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification, and return both forms to Owner Services:
Upon receipt of your Rental Release Form and Form W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification, an Owner Services Representative will process your request. In order to release your ownership week to Diamond Resorts Management, Inc. for rental purposes, all assessed maintenance fees must be paid in full. If requesting to deposit a week in a future use year which has not yet been assessed/billed, you must pre-pay estimated maintenance fees in the amount of the current use year assessment. Any remaining balance due once the future use year maintenance fee is assessed will be reflected on the billing statement. A late confirmation fee of $35.00 will apply to any request to release an ownership week for rental purposes that is received less than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date of the week. This fee must be paid prior to processing the request. Please remember that any ownership week that remains unconfirmed 14 days prior to check-in date may be suspended. Once usage rights are suspended, inventory may not be reinstated.
