Owners may exchange Planned Time weeks for travel with the Villas Exchange Program to Embarc locations and other select hotels & resorts.
The deadline for deposits of Planned Time Weeks Year to the Villas Exchange Program is 6 months prior to the 1st Day of occupancy of the Villa week.
Please review the Villas Exchange Program Guidelines for details regarding participation in the Villas Exchange Program.
Exchange of Planned Time Weeks
An owner may exchange any reserved high season week 1-16 or 40-53 and for every high season week exchanged from Weeks 1-16 or 40-53(in years when applicable), an Owner can also exchange a low season week from Weeks 17-39.
Conversion of Weeks
The following chart indicates the Point value an Owner receives for converting a week to Villas Exchange Points:

There is an exchange fee of $149 USD and a nightly reservation fee of $20 USD. In some instances a cash Hybrid is charged as well in addition to your Exchange Points. Owners may not make reservations using their points directly with Exchange Program destinations.
