Level

No steep gradients or inclines however the resort is built upon a slight hill. Pathways are well maintained and accessible by wheelchair with ramps in places. All areas have easy access.

Reception
Next to car park and main entrance into the resort – street level.

Lounge
Situated next to Reception – one level.

Swimming Pool
Consisting of one big pool and one for children. Both are heated (during winter season) and, together with the whirlpool and table tennis, make this area especially entertaining and relaxing for our guests – Ground level. Pool hoist. Pool has a brand new ramp.

Entertainment
Night entertainment once a week at the restaurant – Ground level.

Launderette
Situated next to the Housekeeping department, with ramps for wheelchair and trolley access.

Main car park right in front of Reception with additional car park facilities on main road and back of the complex all close to accommodations. Currently there is no accessible parking bay.

Fully Wheelchair Accessible Accommodation
All areas within the accommodation and exterior are accessible to a wheelchair user or a guest with a severe reduced mobility. They have electric beds, adapted bathrooms, special high backed chairs and kitchen unit/work surfaces are lowered or can be pulled out for ease of access for wheelchair users.
We offer two accommodations in total: 2 one-bedroom accommodations.

Other Accommodation
Most resort accommodation is based on two floors with stepped access. There is no lift/elevator.

Teide Half Day
This popular excursion ascends from sea level to 2370m into the El Teide. Visit the Teide National Park. Uphill road through Vila flor. Main stops in Roques de García (reserved car parks and starting point for an accessible path) and Visitor Center El Portillo (information, interpretive and audio-visual exhibitions, access for the disabled and accessible toilets). This space also has interpretive tables and an accessible botanical garden. Downhill road through Chío.

Santa Cruz Candelaria Half Day Private Tour
Visit the capital of the island, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and the village of Candelaria, where the patron saint of the Canary Islands is located.

Teide Puerto de La Cruz Private Tour
Visit the Teide National Park. Uphill road through Vila flor. Stop in Roques de García (reserved car parks) and Visitor Center El Portillo (information, interpretive and audio-visual exhibitions, access for the disabled and accessible toilets). Downhill road through La Orotava to Puerto de la Cruz and free time to visit the city and its San Telmo promenade.

Sta Cruz, La Laguna, Candelaria Private Tour
Visit the capital of the island, Santa Cruz. Then, visit the historical city of La Laguna, declared a Heritage site by UNESCO, and finally visit the town of Candelaria, where the patron saint of the Canary Islands is located.

Tenerife Excursions On Adapted Bus
Excursions adapted for people with reduced mobility or disability. Adapted buses with a maximum capacity of up to 15 people, which allow up to 3 manual wheelchairs. These buses have a manually foldable ramp at the rear of the vehicle, which facilitates the access of the chairs to the vehicle. Depending on the number of wheelchairs (manual), the capacity of the bus is the following: * 1 Wheelchair + 13 seats: 14 passengers. / * 2 Wheelchairs + 11 seats: 13 passengers. / * 3 Wheelchairs + 7 seats: 10 passengers.

Proximity/Accessibility to Local Supermarkets/Shops/Beach
Only 100 m from main shopping centre in the area (San Blas) which has shops, restaurants and bars.

Accessible beaches: El Medano (8 km), Los Cristianos (18 km), Las Americas (20 km).

Restaurants, Beach, shopping center are accessible (S. Blas).

Not all buses are wheelchair accessible. Adapted taxis are available upon request at Reception.
