Hillside location with accommodation and facilities situated below street level on six different levels around the resort all accessed by steps.

Reception
Accessed by at least one flight of steps from the road depending on which entrance is used. Due to the resort layout over different levels, guests need to be able to navigate five flights of steps in order to reach the reception from some of the apartments.

Playground
Accessed by at least one flight of steps from the road depending which entrance is used. Due to the resort layout, guests will need to be able to navigate up to five flights of steps to access it from certain apartments.

Bar/Restaurant
Accessed by one long steep flight of steps from street level or four flights of steps from Reception.

Jacuzzi
The Jacuzzi is close to the swimming pool on the same level as the restaurant, therefore it is accessed by one very long flight of steps from the street level or four flights of steps from reception.

Swimming Pool Area
Accessible by ramp. No pool hoist available.

Outdoor Games Area
The table tennis and pool table are both located on the same level as the swimming pool which is accessed by three flights of steps from reception. The Giant Chess is accessed by two flights of steps from reception.

Beach
Accessed by four flights of steps from reception.

Entertainment
Takes place in various areas in the resort on the reception level, bar level and beach level.

There are no designated accessible parking bays available. The accommodation has allocated parking on the street level above reception.

There is no specially accessible accommodation. There are a small number of ground floor apartments with one step. A portable ramp can be installed to assist access. These 1 or 2 bedroom units can be reached by using the service road without having to navigate any flights of steps. Please note that none of the accommodation has doors of the required width for wheelchair access.

All Accommodation
Blocks of apartments consist of two or three floors, and some of them are reached by a narrow winding staircase. All of the studios are situated on the first or second floor. Some accommodation is duplex style with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There are no lifts.

Lloc de Menorca "Menorca in the wild"
Tickets to the local Menorquin petting zoo. A lovely family day out with somewhere to stop for lunch. Adapted taxi transfer would need booking in advance *subject to availability*.

Yellow Catamaran
Catamaran trip around the port of Mahon. Adapted taxi transfer would need booking in advance *subject to availability*.
Catamaran accessible to lower level, steps to higher level. Adapted transfer not included.

Somni Dancing Horses Evening Show
A spectacular show watching the local Menorquin black stallions perform in front of yours eyes, an unforgettable experience. Adapted taxi transfer would need booking in advance *subject to availability*.
The facilities are adapted for wheelchair users and limited mobility. Adapted transfer not included.

Proximity/Accessibility to Local Supermarkets/Shops/etc.
The local area is steep and hilly. The beach in front of the resort is accessed from the swimming pool area by steps or a steep slope. The supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are all accessed by steps or steep inclines from the street above reception. The beach at Son Bou (25 km from the resort) is equipped with a special chair to aid access into the sea.

Autocares Torres: This public transport company in Menorca has accessible vehicles running on the following lines, 10 (Mahon - Airport), 11 (Mahon Ring Road), 15 (Mahon Centre), 60 (Ciutadella), 61 (Ciutadella – Cala'n Blanes – Cala'n Forcat – Los Delfines), 62 (Ciutadella – Cala Morell), 63 (Ciutadella – Port Son Blanc), 64 (Ciutadella – Sa Caleta – Cala Blanca – Santandria), and 65 (Ciutadella – Cap d'Artrutx – Cala'n Bosch – Son Xoriguer).

Please be aware that line 66 (Ciutadella Son Catlar – Son Saura) does not have facilities for people with reduced mobility.
