What is HGV Max?
HGV Max is a membership program that gives Members access to more properties in more destinations and discounts across the Hilton portfolio of hotels and resorts.

How is HGV Max different from my previous Extraordinary Escapes membership?
HGV Max is a program that provides Members with Hilton discounts, automatic Hilton Honors™ status and the ability to use your points in more places, including Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Vacation Club properties. HGV Max Members can also convert points to Hilton Honors Points for use at nearly 7,600 hotels and resorts across the Hilton family of brands and receive an annual allotment of complimentary Guest Certificates (based on your membership tier).

I purchased HGV Max. Does this change any of my existing fees?
Your Extraordinary Escapes Dues and some transaction fees may change depending on the timeshare interest you currently own. 2025 HGV Max Club Dues are $313 and are subject to change. Your Club Dues include all reservation transaction fees when staying at in-network properties available within the expanded portfolio. The annual allotment of Complimentary Guest Certificates depends on your membership tier within HGV Max.

Do Members with HGV Max benefits have access to Bluegreen Vacation properties?
Though HGV Max is now available to Bluegreen Vacations Club Members, access to resorts within Bluegreen Vacations will be phased in to the HGV Max program at a future date. Inventory with the HGV Max program is based on exchange usage among Members with HGV Max benefits to maintain the integrity of the cross-booking platform. Once Bluegreen Vacations properties are available for booking to HGVClub Members with HGV Max benefits, we’ll share that with you via emails, our Club Traveler publications and your Member website.

Which properties are available to Extraordinary Escapes Members with HGV Max benefits?

How does the HGV Max booking window work?
As part of your HGV Max membership, you can book at any resort available within the Hilton Grand Vacations Club and Hilton Vacation Club exchange program starting six months prior to the check-out date (exceptions apply).

I’m an Extraordinary Escapes Member and Member of The Club/HGVClub Member with HGV Max benefits. Now that HGV Max is being offered to Embarc Members, will my eligible Resort Points be brought in to HGV Max?
Now that Embarc is eligible for HGV Max, Members who have HGV Max benefits with The Club or HGVClub will have their eligible Embarc Resort Points enrolled in the HGV Max program.

Can HGVClub Members with HGV Max benefits and Members of The Club with HGV Max benefits book Embarc Collection properties now that HGV Max has launched to Extraordinary Escapes Members?
Inventory within the HGV Max program is based on exchange usage among Members with HGV Max benefits to maintain the integrity of the cross-booking platform. The availability of Embarc properties to HGV Max Members in HGVClub and The Club was phased into HGV Max in late 2023 with limited availability through 2024. As more Extraordinary Escapes Members join and travel using HGV Max, availability at Embarc properties, including those that have been rebranded as Hilton Grand Vacations Club, will grow for HGV Max Members.

How are the membership tiers different in HGV Max?
Membership tiers within HGV Max are based on the number of points purchased and include Member, Preferred, Preferred+, Premier, Premier+ and Centum+ levels. Will my Club Member status change based on the new HGV Max membership tiers?
Membership tiers within HGV Max are based on the number of points associated with your vacation ownership interest and include Member, Preferred, Preferred+, Premier, Premier+ and Centum+ levels. Hence, your membership status is now based on the new HGV Max tier structure, which is still based on the number of points associated with your ownership.
