Maui Relief
A Message From Mark Wang

]]>

Last weekend, I traveled to Maui to meet with our Team Members and inspect our properties. I’m relieved to share that all of our Maui Team Members are safe and accounted for. Unfortunately, 70 Team Members have lost their homes. While travel to West Maui is still uncertain, we will keep you updated when we’re once again able to welcome you home. I’m happy to share that Maui Bay Villas was not impacted by the wildfires and is welcoming arrivals.

As we work to help care for our Maui ‘ohana, we wanted to say thank you for your heartfelt messages of concern for our Team Members impacted by the wildfires.

Our immediate focus continues to be the safety and well-being of those impacted on West Maui, and we are working diligently to provide temporary housing to over 100 Team Members, first responders and community members. We are also supporting recovery efforts through donations to Aloha United Way and the Hawai’i Community Foundation’s Maui Strong Fund. From our local Team Members in Hawaii to Maui’s first responders and residents, the incredible generosity we’ve witnessed is truly a light in the dark.

We’ve also set up a fund through the HGV Foundation to provide immediate cash grants to impacted Team Members. If you would like to donate, please visit my.hgv.com/maui-relief. All donations made through this link will go directly to support impacted Team Members on Maui. In addition, there are other ways you can help the Maui community by donating to one of the following organizations:

During times like these, one thing is clear: We are stronger together. From our family to yours, mahalo nui loa.
