Your 2024 Resort Credit can be used toward eligible retail, food and beverage purchases while staying at participating resorts managed by Hilton Grand Vacations. You’ll have a few extra weeks to take advantage of your credit, which starts November 14, 2023, and is valid through December 31, 2024. Please note, any unused credits expire at the end of 2024. How often will I receive a resort credit? HGV Max Members with Premier+ and Centum+ status receive a $100 resort credit once per calendar year. 2024 resort credits were awarded early to eligible Members to give them the option of using this new benefit sooner. Starting in 2025, Members will receive their annual resort credit on January 1 of each calendar year. Is there anything I need to do to receive my resort credit? No. Your 2024 $100 resort credit is already available for use. Starting in 2025, you will automatically receive your annual resort credit on January 1 of each calendar year. You can view your resort credit on your Member Dashboard. Once you log in to the Member website, scroll down the page to the Resort Credit section on the left of the screen. Your credit will be displayed there. Where can I view my resort credit, including balances and transactions? You can view your resort credit on your Member Dashboard. Once you log in to the Member website, scroll down the page to the Resort Credit section on the left of the screen. Your credit will be displayed there. To view your available balance and transactions, click on View Transaction History from this section. How do I use my resort credit? Using your credit is simple! When you check in on an upcoming stay at a participating resort, simply request with the Front Desk team to use all or a portion of your resort credit during that stay. How does my resort credit get applied to my folio during my stay? Once you let the Front Desk team know how much of your resort credit you’d like to use, that amount will be applied to your folio at checkout. What happens if I don’t use my entire resort credit during my stay? You’ll have from November 14, 2023, until December 31, 2024, to use your 2024 resort credit. For example: If you use $50 of your annual resort credit for a stay at a participating resort in January 2024, you’ll still have $50 remaining for stays at participating resorts before the 2024 resort credit expires on December 31, 2024. What happens if I spend more than $100 in folio charges during my stay? Your resort credit will be applied toward eligible retail, food and beverage purchases up to $100 while staying at a participating resort. You’ll be responsible for any additional folio charges beyond the $100 using the form of payment you provide to the resort at check-in. California Florida Hawaii Nevada South Carolina Virginia Mexico Scotland The Resort Credit is eligible for use starting November 14, 2023, through December 31, 2024. Any unused Resort Credit funds will expire upon the conclusion of the term on December 31, 2024, as defined by Hilton Grand Vacations. Once the Resort Credit is depleted, the Member is responsible for any portion of the payment due. The Resort Credit can only be redeemed at participating Hilton Grand Vacations resorts. Participating Hilton Grand Vacations resorts, retail and food and beverage locations are subject to change and subject to seasonal operating hours. To be eligible for the Resort Credit, reservations must be booked with HGV Max membership points and/or Bonus Points. Reservations cannot be booked with Hilton Honors Points or through an exchange or transient rental booking site, including Hilton.com. For HGVClub Members with HGV Max benefits, the Resort Credit can be used during Open Season reservations. Eligible Premier+ or Centum+ Members named on the HGV Max Member Club accountmust be staying on the resort reservation to be eligible to apply the Resort Credit; the ResortCredit cannot be used for Guest Certificate stays. The Resort Credit will be applied as a credit on the Member’s folio at checkout. The Resort Credit cannot be used to pay for annual club dues, maintenance fees, transaction fees or for nightly cash room rates, nightly room upgrade fees, occupancy taxes, property fees or parking. Additional exclusions based on specific resort restrictions may also apply (including, without limitation, purchases within the resort that are made with a third-party merchant). No cash refund or other credit will be issued to the Member for any portion of an unredeemed or partially used Resort Credit. The Resort Credit is nonexchangeable and nonrefundable and is applied in USD or the equivalent local currency based on the exchange rate at the time of checkout.
