EUROC are delighted to announce the launch of their new timeshare consumer support service - EUROC Timeshare Support Hub. This transition is from the former outsourced provider, KwikChex, to an in-house solution. The EUROC Timeshare Support Hub features an online frequently asked questions (FAQ) section, whereby timeshare owners can find answers to common subjects related to timeshare.

For a more personalised assistance, online contact forms, telephone and email support options are also available.

To report any advertisements or suspicious unsolicited contact (phone, text or email) regarding your timeshare, you can either report it to EUROC by completing the EUROC’s online form or to our European legal department by email: LegalReport@hgv.com

EUROC have produced a short video which explains the basic elements of the legislation that has been designed to protect consumers from unwanted calls, and what consumers can to do protect themselves from these unwanted calls/ texts.
