General terms and conditions
- This rental and resale programme is not operated or administered by Diamond Resorts (Europe) Limited or any of its associated companies within the Diamond Resorts Group of companies ("Diamond").
- All listings are completely independent of Diamond.
- Diamond is in no way liable for the accuracy of any information given or advertised.
- All listings are advertised at the timeshare owner's own risk.
- All listings are offered privately by the owner. Should you be interested in any of the weeks advertised for resale or rental then you will need to contact the member directly using the contact details shown.
- Diamond is in no way responsible for any discussion which may take place or any agreements which may be reached and has no obligation to liaise between any owner and interested purchaser.
- All listings will be advertised for ninety days from the date of placing the advert unless removed earlier by the owner placing the advert.
- If you are an owner of a floating week which you wish to rent, then you must first obtain a reservation for your week before placing your advert.
- Owners participating in this programme expressly permit Diamond to release their name and contact details to interested purchasers.
Terms for prospective purchaser
1) You understand and acknowledge that the rental programme and resale programme is not operated or administered by Diamond Resorts (Europe) Limited or any of its associated companies within the Diamond Resorts Group of companies ("Diamond") and that Diamond cannot be held responsible for the content of any advert or any transactions which may take place as a result of an advert.
2) You understand that it is your responsibility to confirm that the member advertising the week for rent or sale is the registered member and holder of a membership certificate for the week in question and that the management fees are paid up to date.
3) You understand that if you are interested in renting or buying a week it is your responsibility to contact the member of the week to discuss the matter.
4) In the event that you are successful in renting a week it is your responsibility to ensure that member of the week you wish to rent obtains a guest certificate to enable you to use the rented week.
5) In the event that you are successful in agreeing to purchase a week it is your responsibility to ensure that you pay the purchase monies and that the transfer agreement on the membership certificate is fully completed and returned to Diamond with the appropriate transfer fee to process the transfer. Management fees will need to be fully paid up to date prior to completion of a transfer.
