The valid values are as follows:
- oid: This must be a valid Marketing Key Code (MKC) OR "NONE". If NONE, then AllOrOne *MUST* be "All"
- sid: This must be a valid Source code OR "NONE". If NONE, then AllOrOne *MUST* be "One"
- AllOrOne: This must be "All" or "One". "All" shows all special offer properties and "One" shows only the property that matches the MKC
