Silver, Gold and Platinum members can upgrade their reservation at a managed resort by one unit type (as listed in the Annual Global Reservations Directory) at the time you make your booking, subject to availability. Available only at managed resorts on Club reservations. Presidential Suites at Ka‘anapali Beach Club or The Point at Poipu in Hawaii, the Penthouses at Cabo Azul Resort in Mexico, or any Norwegian Cruise Line® booking are ineligible. Upgrades are not available on discounted reservations. One upgrade level per reservation. The upgrade fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. Protect your points for 365 days on your reservations booked after purchasing the Annual Reservation Protection Plan! Cruise points redemption for reimbursement can provide a partial reimbursement for any cruise booked through a travel provider of your choice outside of the Luxury programme. *From 1 January to 31 March of each calendar year, you can redeem points up to a redemption rate of £0.05/€0.0585 per point up to 100% of the cost. From 1 April to 31 December of each calendar year, you can continue to enjoy travel benefits! You will be able to redeem points at £0.05/€0.0585 per point up to a maximum of 30% of the total cost of eligible cruise purchases. A non-refundable cruise points redemption fee applies according to your membership level. If you are requesting reimbursement for a cruise booked in the current year using points from a future year's allotment, a pre-payment towards the future year's maintenance fees may be required. Luxury Hotels offers an additional way to make staying at a hotel more affordable, in a vast selection of cities worldwide. After taking advantage of your complimentary offer(s), any additional guest reservation is £15/€21 per reservation. Gold Members can take advantage of this benefit on one reservation per year and Platinum members can take advantage of this benefit on three reservations per year. Limited to managed resorts. The Legacy Programme provides Platinum Members the ability to allocate a minimum of 5,000 points to family and friends allowing the recipients to enjoy the benefits and perks of a Platinum membership. Legacy recipients can borrow, save, share and manage their own account without involving the Primary member. Platinum members receive one complimentary annual subscription per year, per Club membership that provides unlimited access to over 5400 electronic global newspapers and magazines, and can be used on up to 3 devices. Members can enjoy the option to download and bookmark their favourite subscriptions. Gold and Platinum members receive one complimentary annual membership to Priority Pass per year, per Club membership. This annual airport lounge membership allows Gold and Platinum members access to over 850 business lounges at airports around the world. Many lounges are equipped with conference rooms, Internet and complimentary refreshments. An entry fee is charged for every lounge visit made by you and any accompanying guest(s). There is one membership card per membership and will be printed in the name of the person who registers the Priority Pass membership. Identification and the Priority Pass membership card is required for entrance. This complimentary benefit is offered exclusively to Platinum members of THE Club® on Club reservations that are 5,000 points or less. When booking a Club reservation on HGV.com or with a Platinum service agent, your Club reservation is automatically protected so no action is required of you. This benefit is non-transferable. Reservation protection is applied at the time of booking. Silver, Gold and Platinum members may set up complimentary automated searches either online or with a dedicated Member Services representative for a resort or region, date or date range, number of nights and any accommodation size or type, up to 10 months prior to arrival. In the event you need to cancel a reservation for any reason you can protect your points at special Loyalty pricing when purchased at the time of booking and receive 100% reimbursement of your points used for a reservation as long as you cancel 31 or more days prior to your arrival date.
