1. Upon payment of your subscription fee, your Diamond Resorts Club Solo Membership will be activated for a term of twelve months. Your Club Solo Membership will entitle you to the following benefits:

• A dedicated 24-hour emergency telephone line to help in the unlikely event of an emergency whilst you are away on holiday by offering advice and assistance.
• Points Discounts on studio/club suite accommodations at Diamond Resorts managed resorts. You will receive discounts on the points values quoted when booking reservations into studio and Club Suite accommodation at The Club® Resorts where you, the Club Solo member, are travelling alone. For reservations made for studio or club suite accommodation at a Diamond Resorts managed resort booked 10 months to 6 months prior to arrival you will receive a 25% discount on the points values quoted and when booking up to 6 months prior to arrival you will receive a 50% discount. These discounts are only available on bookings made through the call center at this time, with the intention of providing this benefit to online reservations at some time in the future. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer nor is the confirmed reservation eligible for any accommodation unit upgrades. The above discounts only apply when you the Club Solo member travel alone.
• Member Escorted Journeys with itineraries created for Club Solo members. Member Escorted Journeys are operated by The Big Journey Company Limited registered in England No: 6532140, registered address 35 Britannia Row, London, N1 8QH. The Big Journey Company Limited is a member of The Travel Trust Association member number U5675 and holds an Air Travel Organizer’s License number T7282.

2. All benefits detailed in this Club Solo Membership program are subject to availability. The benefits are available to you as a Club Solo Member.
3. The benefits detailed are currently available but are subject to change from time to time without prior notice. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute and or eliminate benefits from the Club Solo Membership program and by accepting the terms, you agree to any such changes. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. The subscription fee is for a twelve month Membership and is due each year on the anniversary of your initial enrollment and we will send you an invoice. We reserve the right to increase (or reduce) the subscription fee in the event of a material change in the cost to us of providing the benefits. If you do not pay the invoice by the due date specified, we will be entitled to assume that you do not wish to renew your Club Solo Membership for a further year, in which case your Club Solo Membership will automatically lapse.
5. If at any time you cease to be a member or owner of a Diamond Resorts holiday product or at a Diamond Resorts resort, your Club Solo Membership will terminate immediately and you will not be entitled to a refund of any or any part of your subscription fee.
6. Your Club Solo Membership is not transferable. Once your Club Solo Membership has lapsed it may only be re-activated on payment of the appropriate annual subscription fee.
7. If any provision or part of any provision of this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason then the remainder of such provision and all other provisions of this agreement will remain valid and enforceable.
8. This agreement shall be governed by English law and you and we agree to be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. The Diamond Resorts Club Solo Membership is operated and organized by Diamond Resorts (Europe) Limited trading as Diamond Resorts, registered office Citrus House, Caton Road, Lancaster, Lancashire, LA1 3UA, registered in England and Wales registered number 02353649 (referred to as “Diamond”, "we", "us " and "our").
10. We shall be entitled at our discretion (but acting in good faith) to terminate your Club Solo membership at any time if you breach any of your obligations contained in these terms and conditions. If we terminate your membership pursuant to this clause 10, our responsibility and obligations towards you cease and we shall not be required to provide you with any refund or indemnify you for any costs, losses or expenses incurred.
