Your points will take you everywhere you want to go!
Fly away with us by booking flights to anywhere in the world, book hotel stays outside of our network, and more booked through Diamond Resorts travel services. Redeem your points within the member benefits redemption window for your membership level, and receive a reimbursement.
How It Works:
- - Book your travel through your preferred provider within the required booking windows as stated below
- - One or both of the primary members named on the account must be travelling and named on your travel receipt
- - The travel arrangements must be paid in full before any reimbursement can be processed
- - E-mail a copy of your payment receipt to pointsfortravel@HGV.com. Please include the following with the e-mail:
+ Indicate number of points you would like redeemed
+ Include your bank account number, sort code and name of bank account holder. If the bank account number is already on your account, please confirm of the last 4 digits
- - The reimbursement amount will be reduced by the amount of the member benefits processing fee. This fee is complimentary for Platinum members
- - Preferred payment process will be by bank transfer, and the reimbursement amount will be reduced by the applicable Member Benefits processing fee (waived for Platinum Members); reimbursement will be made no later than 45 days after points have been processed.
- - After 30th June points can only be redeemed from the following year’s allocation by borrowing points from the following calendar year. A deposit will be required from you if you want to redeem points from the following use year.
- - Flights and Travel redemption benefit cannot be combined with any other programme, including but not limited to Diamond Luxury Hotels, Diamond Luxury Cruises and Diamond Luxury Selections
Redemption Rate/Window:
- - Valued Members: receive 4.0 pence / 4.68 cents per point up to 20% of the cost of the booking
- - Silver Members: receive 4.5 pence / 5.26 cents per point up to 20% of the cost of the booking
- - Gold Members: receive 5.0 pence / 5.85 cents per point
- Up to 100% of the cost of the booking between January 1 – March 31
- Up to 30% of the cost of the booking between April 1 – December 31
- - Platinum Members: receive 6.0 pence / 7.0 cents per point
- Up to 100% of the cost of the booking from January 1 – April 30
- Up to 30% of the cost of the booking from May 1 – December 31

- - Valued Members: £38/€44
- - Silver Members: £33/€39
- - Gold Members: £27/€33
- - Platinum Members: $0
Process Fee (Cruise Redemption):
- - Valued Members: £75/€89
- - Silver Members: £60/€74
- - Gold Members: £50/€55

Your account must be current with management fees paid up-to-date and no outstanding balance to participate in The Club® exchange benefit programme, and the member must be part of the travelling party to use this benefit. Requests for points redemption up to and including 30th June will access available points from the current year. Requests for points redemption on and after 30th June will access following year's available points. A deposit will be required from you if you want to redeem points from the upcoming year. Points allocated in the current year may be redeemed for reimbursement for travel booked during the applicable member benefits booking window, for travel services with travel dates this year and next year. Reimbursement will be issued within 45 days after travel is completed. For benefit details please refer to the At A Glance Diamond Loyalty Benefits For Members Of THE Club®' chart on page 19 in the Member Benefit Directory or online under My Benefits>Diamond Loyalty. A non-refundable processing fee applies. Applicable fees will be collected at the time of the transaction. To qualify for a reimbursement, travel services must be booked within the redemption window for your Loyalty level. All reimbursements will be payable after travel is complete. THE Club® reserves the right to modify this programme at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights. THE Club® SelectSM, Club Connection, THE Sampler and Explorer members cannot use their points to redeem for Member Benefits.
