How Does it Work?

1. At time of login, you will enter your username and password.
2. Based on the method of communication you select during enrollment, a one-time passcode will be provided each time you log in.
3. You will enter this passcode within The Club website during the login process.

To use an authenticator app go through the following steps:

1. Download a two-factor authenticator app like Microsoft Authenticator for
   Windows Phone,
   Android and
   iOS or
   Google Authenticator for Android
   and iOS.

2. Scan the QR Code or enter this key {{SharedKey}} into your two factor authenticator app. Spaces and casing do not matter.

When Two-Step Verification (2SV) is enabled, you will need to know your account password and have read access to your preferred Two-Step Verification authenticators to verify a One-Time Password (OTP).

For phone number authenticators, we will send you a OTP via SMS or voice call.

For an authenticator app, the OTP is generated and displayed on your device.

With 2SV enabled, it will not be possible to Sign-in to your account without knowing the password and the OTP.  
After entering your password you'll be asked to enter the OTP.

For this method you must authorize Diamond to communicate to the provided email for the authentication purposes.
