What is HGV Max?
HGV Max is an exciting membership programme that gives Members access to more properties in more destinations and discounts across the Hilton portfolio of hotels and resorts.

I am an EU Collection Member. Can I obtain HGV Max benefits?
HGV Max benefits are currently unavailable to EU Collection Members of The Club unless a new vacation ownership is purchased from an HGV sales center in an eligible trust collection, which includes the U.S. Collection, Hawaii Collection or Cabo Azul. We promise to keep you updated as the programme evolves.

How is HGV Max different from my membership in The Club?
HGV Max is a new programme within The Club that provides eligible Members with Hilton discounts, automatic Hilton Honors status and the ability to use points in more places, including Hilton Grand Vacations properties. HGV Max is currently unavailable to EU Collection Members unless a new vacation ownership is purchased from an HGV sales center in an eligible trust collection, which includes the U.S. Collection, Hawaii Collection or Cabo Azul. Will my Member benefits or access to properties as part of The Club go away?
Your current membership with The Club will continue to exist, and you'll continue to access the benefits and properties associated with your membership, as noted in The Club documents.

I'm a Member of The Club. Am I automatically an HGV Max Member?
No, you will need to buy an additional vacation ownership to have access to the HGV Max programme. HGV Max is currently unavailable to EU Collection Members unless a new vacation ownership is purchased from an HGV sales center in an eligible trust collection, which includes the U.S. Collection, Hawaii Collection or Cabo Azul. We promise to keep you updated as the programme evolves.

I own resale points in the European Collection. Am I eligible for the HGV Max program?
Resale points are not eligible for HGV Max programme benefits. HGV Max is currently unavailable to EU Collection Members unless a new vacation ownership is purchased from an HGV sales center in an eligible trust collection, which includes the U.S. Collection, Hawaii Collection or Cabo Azul. Do HGV Max Members have access to the Embarc Collection?
Access to resorts within the Embarc Collection, including those that have been rebranded to Hilton Grand Vacations Club, was phased into HGV Max in late 2023. Inventory within the HGV Max program is based on exchange usage among Members with HGV Max benefits to maintain the integrity of the cross-booking platform, so availability at Embarc properties is limited through 2024. As more Extraordinary Escapes Members join and travel using HGV Max, availability at Embarc properties, including those that have been rebranded as Hilton Grand Vacations Club, will grow for HGV Max Members.

Do HGV Max Members have access to Bluegreen Vacation properties?
Though HGV Max is now available to Bluegreen Vacations Club Members, access to resorts within Bluegreen Vacations will be phased in to the HGV Max program at a future date. Inventory with the HGV Max program is based on exchange usage among Members with HGV Max benefits to maintain the integrity of the cross-booking platform. Once Bluegreen Vacations properties are available for booking to Members with HGV Max benefits, we’ll share that with you via emails, our Club Traveler publications and your Member website.

Will HGV Max impact inventory availability for existing Members of The Club?
Home Collection and Home Resort Advantage reservation windows will remain unchanged. HGV Max reservations may only be made six months or less before the check-out date.

Is there a way to obtain HGV Max benefits without making an additional timeshare purchase?
At this time, HGV Max is currently unavailable to EU Collection Members of The Club unless a new vacation ownership is purchased from an HGV sales center in an eligible trust collection, which includes the U.S. Collection, Hawaii Collection or Cabo Azul.
