Resort Policies Without Lifeguard

For the safety and enjoyment of the Property by you, your family or other guests, please keep in mind:

DO NOT DISTURB: We respect the privacy, health and wellbeing of our owners and guests. For that reason, if your suite/room has a “do not disturb” sign displayed for more than forty eight (48) hours, we reserve the right to enter the suite/room to ensure proper health and safety standards are being maintained.

USE RESTRICTIONS AND RULES & REGULATIONS:
This property is not a hotel. It is a timeshare and/or condominium property. It is governed by certain documents which are recorded in the public records, and are binding on all owners and occupants (including recorded use restrictions and rules & regulations). For copies of such documents, please contact the Front Desk. Below are a few examples of those restrictions:

SERVICE ANIMALS: As required under the Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals are welcome.

LIFEGUARDS: There are no lifeguards on duty.

SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN ON PROPERTY: Children should be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times and during all activities. HGV Team Members are not responsible for supervising children.

For properties with an Activity Center: Unaccompanied children will not be prevented from leaving an Activity Center nor is it the responsibility of Hilton Grand Vacations to supervise unaccompanied children inside an Activity Center.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking or vaping (of cigarettes, marijuana and other substances) is not permitted.

COMMERCIAL USE: This property may only be used by owners and guests for personal/ recreational use. Use for commercial purposes (e.x. a rental enterprise) is strictly prohibited.

RECREATIONAL & COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES:
Certain recreational and commercial activities provided at this property are provided by independent contractors. The property makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, with regard to the services provided by such independent contractors.

REFERRAL OF LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDERS; RESTAURANTS:
As a convenience, the property may offer referrals to providers who have indicated they would be able to provide products and/or services to occupants at the property, for example, local restaurants. The property makes no representations regarding the qualifications of these providers or the quality of the products or services offered by these providers. The property assumes no liability for the products or services furnished by these independent providers who have no affiliation with the property.
