Sunrise Resort Policies

AMENITIES AND FACILITIES
Sunrise Lodge is part of a mixed-use condominium called Escala Lodges Condominiums. Other than the patios, decks and enclosed parking areas, all facilities, amenities and common area located outside of the timeshare buildings, including the pools, spas, restaurants, etc., are managed by Hyatt Residential Management Corporation (“Hyatt”), a third party management company that is unaffiliated with Hilton Grand Vacations. Hilton Grand Vacations makes no representations about the products or services provided by Hyatt. For questions or concerns regarding the Hyatt-managed areas, please contact a representative of Hyatt at 435-940-1234.

DO NOT DISTURB: We respect the privacy of our owners and guests, but also care about the health and wellbeing for our owners and guests. For that reason, if your suite/room has a “do not disturb” sign hung for more than forty eight (48) hours, we reserve the right to enter the suite/room for the sake of the health and wellbeing of our owners and guests.

POOLS/POOL TOWELS: Towels are being provided as a courtesy by Hilton Grand Vacations. However, the pools and pool areas within Escala Lodges Condominiums, including Sunrise Lodge, are managed by Hyatt Residential Management Corporation (“Hyatt”), a third party management company that is unaffiliated with Hilton Grand Vacations. Hilton Grand Vacations make no representations about the products or services provided by Hyatt. For question or concerns regarding the pool and pool areas, please contact a representative of Hyatt at 435-940-1234.

USE RESTRICTIONS AND RULES & REGULATIONS:
Sunrise Lodge is part of a mixed-use condominium that is governed by certain documents (including recorded use restrictions and rules and regulations) that are binding on all owners and occupants. For copies of such documents, please contact the Front Desk. Below are a few examples of those restrictions:

SERVICE ANIMALS: As required under the Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals are welcome.

LIFEGUARDS: There are no lifeguards on duty.

SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN ON PROPERTY: Children should be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times and during all activities. HGV Team Members are not responsible for supervising children.

For properties with an Activity Center: Unaccompanied children will not be prevented from leaving an Activity Center nor is it the responsibility of Hilton Grand Vacations to supervise unaccompanied children inside an Activity Center.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking or vaping (of cigarettes, marijuana and other substances) is not permitted.

COMMERCIAL USE: This property may only be used by owners and guests for personal/ recreational use. Use for commercial purposes (e.x. a rental enterprise) is strictly prohibited.

RECREATIONAL & COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES:
Certain recreational and commercial activities provided at this resort are provided by independent contractors. The resort makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, with regard to the services provided by such independent contractors.

REFERRAL OF LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDERS; RESTAURANTS:
As a convenience, the resort may offer referrals to providers who have indicated they would be able to provide products and/or services to occupants at the resort, for example, local restaurants. The resort makes no representations regarding the qualifications of these providers or the quality of the products or services offered by these providers. The resort assumes no liability for the products or services furnished by these independent providers who have no affiliation with the resort.
