HGV Max Tiers

HGV Max offers more tier levels and, with that, more ways to access features and benefits. See below for the new HGV Max tier structure and Points requirements for each level, and refer to the updated Member Directory for full details*.

What Changes?

Some of the current features in The Club program are available in HGV Max but how they operate or are applied, changes. See a sample of these features below, and refer to your most current Member Directory for complete details.

Annual Dues	2023 HGV Max Club Dues are $291, which is an inclusive fee with additional features and benefits. This includes complimentary reservation transactions (online + phone) at the expanded portfolio of in-network properties along with annual allotment of complimentary Guest Certificates based on the Member’s tier status (starts at one year for the Member tier up to six per year and the Centum+ tier).
Save Points	Have until the end of the year to save up to 100% of your current-year Points into the following year (transaction fee applies). Members of The Club without HGV Max benefits have until June 30 to save 100% of their Club Points.
Cancellation Policy	Have until 31 days prior to arrival to cancel without penalty and have 100% of your Points returned. Member of The Club without HGV Max benefits must cancel 90 days or more before arrival to have 100% of their Club Points returned.
Reservation Protection	Only offered for individual stays (Annual Reservation Protection Plan is not available).
Travel-related Member Benefits	While this feature remains available, the price point may change depending on your new tier status in HGV Max. Please refer to the HGV Max tiers comparison chart at the top of this page for your new HGV Max tier levels. Reservation opportunities (e.g., hotel booking) are changing to Hilton properties and new HGV Max features such as converting Points to Hilton Honors Points and the HGV Max Rate with Hilton are now available.
Complimentary Loyalty Accommodation Upgrade	Special pricing on paid room upgrades is no longer available. However, a proposed future benefit in 2023-2024, Premier, Premier+ and Centum+ Members will have access to automatic upgrades within 45 days of arrival to the next best available unit within the same size at no additional charge or Points (based on availability).
Express Check-in	"Express Check-in" is replaced with a dedicated check-in area at Hilton Grand Vacations resorts, based on availability, for Preferred+, Premier, Premier+ and Centum+ Members.
Loyalty Search Requests	This feature remains available, but the amount of Loyalty Search Requests may change depending on your tier status in HGV Max.
Flexibility	The one-time Points purchase feature remains available, but the price per Point may change depending on your tier status in HGV Max.
Value	The one-time Points purchase feature remains available, but the price per Point may change depending on your tier status in HGV Max.
Member Benefits	Special pricing and discounts with select partners are organized into a single program though individual partners may change over time.

Your Points stay the same, and now we've established a consistent Points scale across all resorts.
The opportunity to reserve accommodations across the expanded portfolio of resorts starts six months before check-out at most resorts.
Members may continue to borrow Points from their next-year allotment when paying the required percentage of the next year's maintenance fee at the time of borrowing.
Book 7-night resort getaways at 3,000 points or less (based on available inventory).
Centum+ Members keep access to their personal concierge service.
Receive an annual allotment of complimentary Guest Certificates based on the Member's tier status, starting at one (1) per year for the Member tier up to six (6) per year at the Centum+ tier.
Feature remains available, based on availability, to Premier+ and Centum+ tiers and is not limited to a specific check-in time.
Access remains the same for Destination Xchange.
Using Points to book luxury villas remains available for Premier, Premier+ and Centum+ Members (a transaction fee applies).

With Hilton Grand Vacations’ acquisition of Diamond Resorts, we combine the best features and benefits from both Club programs with new enhancements to deliver more ways for Members to go on and enjoy their vacation.
As we mentioned before, there is no requirement to opt-in to HGV Max. You can continue to enjoy your ownership and The Club program as you do today.

Benefits HGV Max benefits are described in and subject to The Club Rules and Regulations available at Member Directory. Diamond Resorts International Club ("DRIC") has the right to modify HGV Max benefits and The Club Rules and Regulations at any time]]>
Club Dues. HGV Max Club Dues are currently $291.00, which includes annual Club Dues, plus Club reservation fees, including HGV Max reservations, priced at $109 or less. If you have already paid your current year Club Dues and the amount you paid was less than $291, you will be responsible for payment of the difference. ]]>

Change in Benefits. You may lose the ability to access certain other benefits offered to existing Club Members. ]]>
Ownership Interest Unchanged. Your ownership interest remains unchanged by enrollment in HGV Max. ]]>
Transfers and Resale of Membership. If you sell or transfer all or a portion of your ownership interest any associated HGV Max benefits will not transfer to the new owner. If you sell or transfer a portion of your ownership so long as you retain ownership of at least 4000 Points, you may maintain HGV Max benefits.]]>
Final Transaction. Enrollment in HGV Max is a final transaction and may not be reversed or separated from your Club membership.]]>
Primary Member has Authority to Bind All Members. As the Primary Member you represent and warrant that you have the authority to enroll in HGV Max on behalf of any and all other Members on The Club membership account.]]>
