As we wrap up 2022, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank our Owners and Members for your loyalty while we continue providing you with the best vacation experiences in the industry. This year, we introduced many compelling initiatives, and I hope you had a chance to enjoy some of these during your stays with us. Reflecting on 2022 Starting with perhaps the most exciting event of the year, we hosted the inaugural Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions in Orlando, Florida. The event is a crowd pleaser, as well as a favorite among the LPGA professionals and celebrities who partake in it every year. Many of our Owners and Members who were in the Orlando area in January were able to enjoy the tournament. We look forward to continuing the tradition of putting on a spectacular tournament again in 2023. In March, we began a phased, multiyear initiative to rebrand many Diamond Resorts properties as part of the Hilton Vacation Club resort collection. This year, we rebranded 20 properties to provide you with the service and brand standards HGV is known for. Many of these properties are located in sought-after destinations like Sedona, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg and Sint Maarten, and we have plans to rebrand several more in 2023. As you know by now, we launched HGV Max in April, our newest membership offering in the continental United States and Asia-Pacific. The program brings together the best of The Club and Hilton Grand Vacations Club, giving Members with HGV Max benefits access to an expanded portfolio of properties and new benefits. While membership and Points in The Club’s European Collection are not eligible to upgrade to HGV Max, Members and Owners in Europe who would like access to HGV Max may purchase a new, eligible timeshare ownership at an HGV sales center. Additionally, HGV celebrated milestone grand openings this year starting in May with the ribbon cutting at The Quin, a Hilton Club marking our flagship Manhattan property. Then in October, we had not one but two grand opening celebrations for The Beach Resort Sesoko in Japan and The Central at 5th, a Hilton Club also in Midtown Manhattan. Finally, our executive team had the privilege of touring several of the fantastic European properties thanks to the easing of COVID-19 restrictions. The quality and level of service exhibited to our Owners, Members and Guests was impressive to say the least. Great work has been done this year to keep the properties in the best shape to provide unforgettable vacation experiences, including renovations in many resorts throughout the United States and Europe. Looking Ahead In bittersweet news, our longtime Chief Customer Officer Stan Soroka announced his retirement plans earlier this fall. Stan has spent 17 wonderful years with HGV and Hilton Worldwide, dedicating the last several years of his time with us to making impactful changes in the way we serve our Owners, Members and Guests. We will sincerely miss Stan’s dedication to excellence and service. Please join me in thanking Stan and wishing him the best in his retirement! Stan is graciously staying with us through the end of this year, which has given us time to find a replacement to ensure a smooth transition. To this end, I’m excited to introduce your new Chief Customer Officer, Derek De Salvia, who will start in January 2023. Before joining us in 2019, Derek was part of the Disney Vacation Club team. Since joining HGV, Derek has been instrumental in launching several key products and programs, including HGV Ultimate Access and many of our new virtual sales and service platforms. We are happy to welcome Derek into this role and are excited for the connections he will form with all of you over the coming years. You will be hearing more from Derek in the coming year. As the new year approaches, I wish you and your loved ones a wonderful holiday season. And, as always, we look forward to welcoming you to your favorite HGV destinations in 2023. Gordon Gurnik
