Eligibility: No one is excluded from visiting our properties or purchasing a timeshare. Although anyone can visit our properties or purchase our timeshare resorts, our Barbados Member Appreciation Event is only available to persons who meet certain criteria and reside in a state where our projects are registered for sale. Our special preview packages are only available to persons whose combined gross annual income meet certain requirements.

You are not eligible to participate in this promotion if you:

(i) have an open, incomplete package requiring attendance at a sales presentation,

(ii) have attended a Hilton Grand Vacations sales presentation at any property within the last year, and/or

(iii) are an employee of Hilton Grand Vacations, Hilton Worldwide or their affiliates.

Presentation: In order to attend this HGV Ultimate Access event (estimated retail value of $3,483–$5,233), Members and their Guests must attend a 60-minute Virtual Member Preview and Timeshare Presentation within 5 days of returning home from the HGV Ultimate Access Barbados Member Appreciation Event (virtual preview must be completed by June 16, 2023). Members must have a tablet, PC, or laptop with a working webcam for their virtual preview. If you do not attend the Timeshare Presentation, the retail value of the event may be charged to your credit card. This HGV Ultimate Access event is subject to availability, nontransferable, subject to change without notice and expires on June 2, 2023. Offer dates may change due to event availability. HGV Ultimate Access Accommodation: HGV Ultimate Access Barbados Member Appreciation Event package is designed for a specific vacation experience and accommodations are based on two (2) adults, additional guests may be added based on the room type chosen at an additional cost. Advance reservations and full payment must be made prior to your stay. A valid credit card and photo ID will be required at check-in (debit cards are not accepted). Airfare, transportation, additional expenses and applicable taxes, if any, are not included with this offer. Cancellation:The Annual Reservation Protection Plan and Reservation Protection Plan are not applicable to HGV Ultimate Access offers. Cancellation must be made within 10 days of receiving your confirmation to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made 10 days after confirmation will be non-refundable.
