Eligible Premier+ and Centum+ HGV Max Members receive a $100 Resort Credit that can be used at participating resort locations. Please see below for information on your available Resort Credit balance.

Eligible Hilton Grand Vacations HGV Max Members with Premier+ or Centum+ tier status may receive one $100 resort credit listed within their HGV Max Member club account, for use towards eligible purchases at participating Hilton Grand Vacations owned and operated retail locations at Hilton Grand Vacations affiliated resorts.

Resort credit is eligible for use starting November 17, 2023 through December 31, 2024. Any unused resort credit funds will expire upon conclusion of the term on December 31, 2024, as defined by Hilton Grand Vacations Club. Once the resort credit is depleted, the Member is responsible for any portion of payment due at participating Hilton Grand Vacations owned and operated retail locations at Hilton Grand Vacations affiliated resorts.

Resort credit can only be redeemed at participating Hilton Grand Vacations resorts. Participating resorts subject to change. Retail and food and beverage locations at Hilton Grand Vacations resorts are subject to seasonal operating hours.

Eligible Premier+ or Centum+ Member named on the HGV Max Member club account must be staying on the resort reservation to be eligible to apply the resort credit – the resort credit cannot be used for Guest Certificate stays. The resort credit will be applied as a credit on the Member’s folio at checkout. Resort credit cannot be used to pay for HGV Max annual dues, maintenance fees or HGV Max transaction fees nor can the resort credit be used to pay for nightly cash room rates, nightly room upgrade fees, occupancy taxes, property fees, or parking. Guests must be age 21 or older to purchase alcohol. Additional exclusions based on specific resort restrictions may also apply (including, without limitation, purchases within the resort that are made with a third-party merchant).

No cash refund or other credit will be issued to the Member for any portion of an unredeemed or partially used annual resort credit. The resort credit is non-exchangeable and non-refundable and is applied in USD or equivalent in local currency based on exchange rate at time of checkout.
