I hope everyone is having a great start to the New Year and that you’ve taken the time to plan and book your next travel adventure with us.
This year, I promise to continue providing Members with updates from Hilton Grand Vacations and share information on different aspects of your membership and Club program.
In my latest update, I spoke with Chief Technology Officer Onkar Birk about what he and his team are working on this year and what it means for our Members. One initiative you can expect to see launching in April is One Console, our first step in consolidating all of our Member websites into one to create a unified experience for all.
