When I took on the role of chief customer officer at Hilton Grand Vacations, I promised to share regular HGV and membership updates with you. Your membership is our priority, and we’re always looking for ways to enhance your vacation ownership experience.

Since acquiring Bluegreen Vacations, I’ve spent the last few months touring and getting to know our Bluegreen properties in exciting destinations, including The Fountains in Orlando, Florida. We continue to explore how to make these properties available to our Members in HGV Max.
