Today, I’m pleased to share an important milestone for our Owners and Members in the United Kingdom, along with updates for our broader European community.

You can now enhance your ownership with HGV Max benefits — expanding access to more destinations, additional benefits and greater flexibility across the Hilton Grand Vacations portfolio. At the same time, we’re strengthening our European presence through the rebranding of select properties to the Hilton Vacation Club brand, while continuing to align Club policies and procedures to support broader access across our portfolio.

About HGV Max

HGV Max represents the evolution of our Club programs, bringing the best of them together into a more seamless experience designed to offer greater choice, flexibility and long-term value for our Members. At this time, HGV Max is available to Members residing in the United Kingdom, and we continue to explore future expansion opportunities.  

Key HGV Max Benefits

As part of the program, Members gain access to meaningful enhancements, including:

• An expanded portfolio of HGV and Bluegreen in-network resorts, bookable starting seven months before check-out, in highly sought-after destinations throughout the continental United States, Hawaii, Canada, Japan, Mexico, the Caribbean and more.
• Complimentary reservation transactions when booking within the expanded portfolio.
• Complimentary Guest Certificates, with annual allotments based on your HGV Max loyalty tier.
• Hilton Honors enrollment, with a Hilton Honors status that aligns with your HGV Max loyalty tier.
• Conversion to Hilton Honors Points every other year for added flexibility at Hilton hotels worldwide.
• HGV Max Rate with Hilton offering 10% off stays at all Hilton hotel brands.

Strengthening Our European Portfolio 

This summer, we’ll begin rebranding select European properties to the Hilton Vacation Club brand, with transitions continuing through 2027. The first two resorts to transition will be in Tenerife, Spain — marking the first Hilton-branded vacation ownership properties in the Canary Islands.  

This expansion reflects our continued investment in iconic, highly sought-after destinations. As these resorts transition, Members can expect a more consistent and recognizable brand experience aligned with Hilton Grand Vacations standards, while still honoring each destination’s unique local character. Over time, this evolution will create clearer brand alignment and an even more unified portfolio.

Company Name Updates 

To support a more unified brand experience, we’re also updating the names of two European programs. Effective 29 May 2026: 

• Diamond Resorts European Collection Limited (Company No. 02930567) changed its name to EU Collection Limited.   

• Diamond Resorts (Europe) Limited (Company No. 02353649) changed its name to Hilton Grand Vacations (Europe) Limited.  

These changes support our continued integration under the Hilton Grand Vacations brand for a more unified global experience and don’t impact your membership benefits, timeshare ownership or access. 

Save Points Policy Update

Finally, as part of our efforts to align Club programs, beginning 1 July 2026, we’re updating the for Members of the European Collection. Starting on this date, you’ll be able to save up to 100% of your current‑year points at any time during the year, removing the reduction penalty. An administration fee will apply, with the amount based on when the points are saved and your loyalty tier. You may continue to save up to 100% of this year’s points at no cost through 30 June 2026.

These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to delivering greater value, flexibility and exceptional experiences for our Members.
