Is there a number I can call for assistance with reservations?

Yes - call the same number as you always have (+1.800.828.4200) and we will be happy to assist. The reservations team is available to assist with reservations Monday through Friday 8am-6pm Pacific Time, and Saturday 8am to 5pm Pacific Time.

How do I change my address or update my login information?

Select Preferences on the left hand navigation and this will guide you through maintaining your contact information including login details.

How do I make payments towards my VPOA assessment or my loan?

Select Payments on the left hand navigation and this will guide you through making a real-time credit card payment. Additionally you can contact us toll-free at +1.800.828.4200 and select option 2 for Financial Services and we will be happy to assist.

How do I request or confirm an exchange with Interval International® (II)?

You are no longer required to initiate the exchange process by confirming a week, you now can directly contact II to exchange your points allowing for greater flexibility and choice. You can contact II directly at 877.324.7100 and for more information on how to exchange please click here.
