+ Click To Read Important Information Cancellation policy: Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued and cannot be cancelled. Members will incur 100% loss of points in the event the member fails to use the vouchers. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The redemption value of points as quoted is valid until 31 December and then is subject to review. Points may be redeemed for this benefit any time during the usage year. After 1 July, points can only be redeemed from the following year's allocation by borrowing points from the following calendar year. A deposit will be required from you if you want to redeem points from the following use year. You may not use saved points from a previous year for this programme. Minimum purchase of €50/£50 of vouchers in any transaction. Orders can ONLY be placed online at DiamondResorts.com. Vouchers cannot be obtained via the call centre. Vouchers can only be redeemed at participating restaurants listed above. You can use the voucher towards payment of the cost of your food and beverages – no refund will be given for any part unused. The vouchers are not for resale and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please treat vouchers as cash and please select the relevant currency as per the destination in which you wish to redeem these vouchers. Vouchers will be sent via post within 28 days of purchase; please allow ample post time for receipt. Diamond Resorts (Europe) Limited will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. THE Club® reserves the right to modify or cancel this programme at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights. THE Sampler and Explorer members cannot use their points to redeem for Member Benefits.
