How Tag ’n’ Traq works

A unique tracking number is assigned to you and printed onto your Diamond Resorts luggage tags so that your missing luggage can be quickly and easily traced back to you. Exclusive luggage tags are printed with international telephone numbers so if your luggage goes astray overseas, baggage handlers worldwide can call one of the Call Uma operators and speak to them in his or her language to ensure your luggage is returned to you.

What to do if your luggage gets lost

If you lose your luggage, simply Call Uma or text with the words 'lost luggage' and your luggage tracking number. Call Uma will do the rest. As soon as your luggage is located you will be contacted via text message, phone or e-mail with its location to arrange for its convenient return.
