You have already purchased reservation protection coverage, thus you may change or cancel this booking for any reason as long as it done 24 hours in advance.
You have purchased our annual reservation protection coverage, thus you may change or cancel this booking for any reason as long as it done 31 days in advance.
You can cancel for ANY reason up to 24 hours in advance of the arrival date. Your original deposit will be restored for use and no cancellation fee is owed. Please note: This plan protects the original week deposited for your reservation; any additional fees such as exchange fees or tier upgrade fees are non-refundable.

This benefit cannot be used on the Sampler™ Interval International® Exchange, THE Club® Select™, THE Club Combinations™, ResorTime, Diamond Dream Holidays, Diamond Instant Getaways, Member Escorted Journeys, Luxury Selection®, Luxury Sports, Luxury Cruises or THE Club® reservations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Destination Xchange Reservation Protection Plan as deemed necessary.

If the need arises that would requires you to cancel a reservation, please contact the Reservations Department as soon as possible in order to avoid fees or loss of points. You will be allowed a one-time reschedule of your stay without having to pay an additional fee or lose points. However, if a reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the confirmed check-in date, you will forfeit 100% of your points used to make the reservation for that period.
If a Member cancels a reservation at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the first day of reservation, the Member will be able to make an additional exchange request with the deposited vacation ownership week, provided that the Member pays a $200.00 cancellation fee.
Any Member that cancels a reservation within fourteen (14) days in advance of the first day of a reservation will not be able to make an additional exchange request. The deposited vacation ownership week is forfeited.

Any regular reservation, whether for a full week or partial week, may be cancelled prior to 30-days before day of check-in on the first day of the reservation, and all points used to book this reservation will be returned to your account.
Cancelations within 30-days before day of check-in on the first day of the reservation will incur a 100% point penalty.
When reserving Club Connection destinations cancellation will be subject to a penalty equal to the full amount of the reservation.
