The Family Protection Legal Plan will protect you and your family with a resource for personal legal services by providing representation and consultations on a wide range of legal services that you can use at any time throughout the year.

Over 11,500 attorneys nationwide, with no deductibles, no co-pays, no waiting periods, no claim forms, and most importantly, no limit on usage!

Attorney fees for the following matters are fully covered when using a plan attorney:

• Family law matters including adoption, elder law, prenuptial agreements and more
• Financial matters such as tax audits or identity theft defense
• Real estate matters such as property tax assessments and zoning applications
• Litigation matters including civil litigation defense and small claims assistance
• Document preparation/review including affidavits, deeds and living wills
