DialCare is a modern, easy-to-use telemedicine solution for non-emergency illnesses and general care. You will receive direct access to state-licensed and fully credentialed doctors available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. During your travel, you can connect with a doctor via phone or video consultations, for treatment and advice on common ailments, including colds, the flu, rashes and more. When medically appropriate, a DialCare doctor may prescribe a short term, non-DEA controlled medication for you to pick up at the pharmacy of your choice to help save you a trip to the doctor's office.

Members of The Club® and your entire traveling party can add DialCare protection for the length of your stay when booking a U.S. destination during Step 3 of the online booking process. What conditions can be treated:

• Only $25 for stays between 1-20 days in duration.
• Only $35 for stays 21 days or more in duration.

Step 1: You must create and register your DialCare account. Please reference your reservation number after check in to utilize your benefit. For your convenience, you can access your benefit via phone, online or mobile app.

Mobile App: Download the DialCare mobile app to easily access DialCare services.

Step 2: Once registration is complete, you can easily access your DialCare benefit.

Phone: Contact 1.833.795.7786 to request for a consultation with a phone specialist.
Online: Click Access Benefit button below and login with your credentials to request a video consultation.
Mobile App: Sign in to your mobile app to request a video consultation.

Step 3: A doctor will accept and perform the consultation via phone or video chat within 2 hours.
