2024 Lyft Pass Terms and Conditions
Upon Acceptance
Eligible Hilton Grand Vacations HGV Max Members with Premier+ or Centum+ tier status (“Lyft Riders”), upon written acceptance of Lyft’s Terms of Service, may receive one Lyft Pass credit via the primary email account listed within their HGV Max Member club account, for use towards Lyft airport transfers to and from participating Hilton Grand Vacations affiliated resorts within the US (“Qualifying Ride”).
Eligible Lyft Riders must be members of Lyft ride services to participate. Lyft Riders must use the Lyft Platform to request and take Qualified Rides through the Lyft App. By signing up for the Lyft App, you acknowledge and agree that by providing an individual’s phone number via the Lyft Platform for any purpose, such individual (whether a Lyft Rider or otherwise) shall receive automated communications, including but not limited to SMS messages or phone calls relating to a Qualified Ride, and/or other uses of the services as set forth in the Lyft Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Upon a Qualifying Ride request, the HGV sponsored Lyft Pass credit will appear as a payment option when funds are available. Once funds are depleted, the individual Lyft Rider is responsible for any portion of payment due to Lyft. Lyft Pass funds are available for use from January 9, 2024, through January 6, 2025. Any unused Lyft Pass funds will expire upon conclusion of term on January 8, 2024, as defined by Hilton Grand Vacations.
Hilton Honors members are not able to earn points on any Lyft Qualified Rides where a HGV Lyft Pass credit is used. For more information on the Hilton Honors / Lyft program Terms and Conditions visit their website.
Eligible Lyft Riders acknowledge and agree that all Lyft Riders must be accompanied by an adult, at least eighteen (18) years old or older. All other charges, sales taxes and cost of travel are the sole responsibility of the individual Lyft Rider. Lyft Rider shall also be responsible for any cancellation or no-show fees by Lyft, and any damage fees or other fees incurred by Lyft Riders on such Lyft Ride.

Lyft Riders must also accept Lyft Platform’s to request and take Rides through the Lyft App as set forth in the Lyft Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you will not be allowed access to HGV Max Lyft Rider Program and we may be otherwise unable to process your Lyft Pass Credit. By agreeing to this Notice, you agree to the transfer of personal information about you to Lyft. Additionally, by providing your consent, you acknowledge that the information you provide as part of your HGV Club Membership is correct and that you authorize Hilton Grand Vacations and/or its affiliates and successors and Lyft to contact you by email, via phone, electronic messaging (including text messaging, SMS, MMS and other means of electronic media) at the wireless number you provide through your HGV Club Membership the Lyft App, regardless of any prior opt-out election to the contrary.
